Q. Where are Bouncy Castles suitable for hiring out to?

A. Almost anywhere - for garden paries, on concrete (we provide the base), in halls, to corporate functions, pubs etc. A site visit can be carried out before the booking.

Q. Can adults use childrens Bouncy Castles?

A. No, because the way they are made.If the 'user' is taller than the Bouncy Castle walls, then they should not be using the Bouncy Castle. Also it is not safe for oldrer children to be using the equipment with younger children

Q. What if it rains?

A. We have a all weather Bouncy Castle that you can hire, but if it rains heavily then there is no problem if you wish to cancel, there will be no charge. If the Bouncy Castle gets wet then please make sure it is dried with a towel if in use for so it is safe to use.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deilver to Halesowen, Stourbridge, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Kidderminster, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Rowley Regis, Sandwell, West Bromwich, Quinton, Walsall, Worcester, Selly Oak, Northfield, Droitwich, Hagley, Belbroughton. Please call for other delivery areas.

Q. How can we trust you will turn up?

A. We are a proffessional family run business, and we confirm every booking as 100% guarenteed when it is made. We will always call you 2 days before the booking to confirm details etc.

Q. How to make sure children are safe on Bouncy Castles?

A. Always make sure that whoever is on the Bouncy Castle is of the same age, and there is no more than 7 people on at the same time. Also, there is only JUMPING aloud, no TOMFOOLERY! like climbing the walls of the castle.
